Who is OneCare Support?
About Us
Welcome to OneCare Support, your trusted NDIS disability support service committed to enhancing the lives of individuals with care and compassion. At OneCare Support, we understand that every person's journey is unique, which is why we tailor our services to meet the specific needs and aspirations of each participant. We're a Registered NDIS Service Provider whose aim is to help our clients get the best care. In doing so we make sure progress is maintained within all of their services. Our office is located in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, providing many services and supports to our Participants since 2018!
We believe that effective communication is key to providing the best possible support. Our team is equipped to assist speakers of multiple languages such as Arabic, Persian and English. We pride ourselves on being a multicultural company. As a result we have a diverse range of Support Workers and Support Coordinators.
What we do?
Assist NDIS participants in achieving their goals. This is done by connecting them to their services. While providing support in those services wherever the participant may need help.

Our Services
Daily Activity
This service depends on the Participant's goals and needs. Daily Activity may cover assistance with daily living activities. These activities include the following Showering, Toileting, Bladder & Bowel Management, Oral Hygiene, Dressing and more.
Community Participation
Community Participation can come in many forms. Moreover it allows for the Participant to take part in many activities of their choice. Furthermore this participation can be Community, Social or Recreational activities of their liking.
Household Tasks
This service is there to assist people with tasks at home. Assisting with and/or completing Household Tasks for the NDIS Participant. This could be: Cleaning, Dishwashing, Ironing, Gardening, Cooking & Laundry. Doing this helps maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment for our Participant.
Support Coordination
Our Support Coordinators are Experienced and are Multilingual. Moreover they work together with NDIS Participants by connecting them to Allied Health Professionals. In addition we work with Therapists to assist the Participant in fulfilling all their goals.

Travel and Transport
This service involves providing transportation for an NDIS Participant. Moreover this service can be used to take Participants to their appointments. Additionally, taking them to meet their friends and family. This fund is only accessible if a person cannot take Public Transport because of their disability.
Consumables
Support Coordinators will help NDIS Participants access NDIS Consumables. Consumables are products that Participants can purchase with their NDIS Funds. Additionally these consumables will help in making their lives better. Products such as: Assistive Technology, Home Modifications, Continence Products & Hygiene Products.

Access NDIS
We work with people to help them on their path of becoming an NDIS Participant. We are there to help you along the way. As a result once a person has received their NDIS Plan the next step will begin. We will show and talk about the provision of supports to the Participant. This is done while catering to the individuals support and care needs.
Shared Living
Providing support and assistance to NDIS Participants to access a shared living environment. Available to those who live on low income.
Consumables
Support Coordinators will help NDIS Participants access NDIS Consumables. Consumables are products that Participants can purchase with their NDIS Funds. Additionally these consumables will help in making their lives better. Products such as: Assistive Technology, Home Modifications, Continence Products & Hygiene Products.
