How it Works

There are instances where a Participant needs transport. Whether it is for a holiday, personal reason or for a health reason. If Travel and Transport is outlined in your NDIS Plan you can access this fund with OneCare Support Pty Ltd. This fund is there to help you reach locations and access other services outlined in your NDIS Plan.

When am I able to use this fund? --- If there is an activity you want to partake in but have no transport available to you then this service will assist you. If you need to go to a medical appointment that doesn't require a Support Worker accompanying you then you can use Travel and Transport to get to and from your appointments.

What types of transport are available? --- This NDIS fund will cover the cost of: Taxis, Rideshare (Uber, Didi etc...) or a Community Bus. An example of a Community Bus is a bus designed to transport people with disabilities.
