OneCare Support's Frequently Asked Questions

Does OneCare Support have capacity for more clients?

Yes we currently do have capacity to take on more clients.

Is private billing available?

Yes, If you do not have NDIS Funding our services are still available to you.

When is a suitable time to visit the office?

Anytime during the week is fine, however we are quieter 2pm onwards.

Monday – Friday: 10am – 4pm

What languages do you support?

Yes, we have arabic speaking support workers and support coordinators. 

We also have Persian speaking support workers and support coordinators and of course English!
